Sculpture in the Plaza de Picasso, home to the Torre Picasso, the tallest building in Madrid. This is where the guard came and told me that it was prohibited to take photos, which was confusing until I found out that the building had been the target of a foiled Basque separatist attack a couple years ago. However, it still doesn't explain why taking a photo of a sculpture would be considered a threat.
